INGREDIENT

Ingredients: Australian goat milk powder, Australian rolled oat, dried rose petal, certified organic jojoba oil, rose essential oil, rose geranium essential oil. 

HOW TO USE

Add milk bath into a bathtub filled with warm water. Enjoy and relax soaking for 20-30 minutes. 

Full Bath: 2-4 cups
Half Bath: 1-2 cups
1 cup is about 100g

Optional: Add 1 cup of Epsom salt or sea salt if you want something to help relieve sore muscles.
