Ingredients
Australian goat milk powder, Australian oat kernel meal*, lavender dried flower*, lavender essential oil.*

How to Use

Face cleaning & scrub
Step 1 - Prepare.
Scoop 1 teaspoons of the Milk Bath powder into a small bowl or your palm.Step 2 - Mix.
Add a few drops of water to the powder and mix until you create a smooth, creamy paste. Adjust the water for a thinner or thicker consistency based on your preference.Step 3 - Cleanse & Exfoliate.
Gently massage the paste onto damp skin in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. The oats and calendula provide a gentle exfoliation while soothing and nourishing your skin.Step 4 - Mask & Relax.
Leave the paste on your face as a mask while you soak in your luxurious bath. Let the goodness of the ingredients work their magic, calming and hydrating your skin.Step 5 - Rinse.
After 10-15 minutes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a soft towel.Optional: Follow with your favourite toner, serum, or moisturiser for a complete skincare routine.

Milk Bath
Step 1 - Prepare.
Gather your Milk Bath powder and any optional additions like Epsom or sea salt. Prepare your bathroom for a relaxing spa-like experience.
** Note: for baby bath, just need about 1/4 to 1/2 pack and don't add any extra salt. Thanks.Step 2 - Mix.
Fill your bathtub with warm water. Add the pack of the milk bath powder directly into the water or place it in a reusable cotton steeping bag for easier cleanup. Swirl the water to help the powder dissolve evenly. Can use 1/2 of the pack for a quick half bath.Step 3 - Relax.
Step into the bath and soak for 20-30 minutes. If using a steeping bag, gently squeeze it to release the soothing aromas, natural nutrients, and calming properties of the ingredients. Breathe deeply, unwind, and enjoy your luxurious milk bath.Optional: Add your favourite music or candles to elevate your experience.

Scoop out 2-3 tablespoons of the Milk Bath powder. Place it in a small bowl or directly in your hands.Step 2 - Mix.
Add a small amount of water to the powder to create a smooth, spreadable paste. Adjust the water for your desired consistency.Step 3 - Exfoliate.
Apply the paste to damp skin in gentle, circular motions. Focus on areas like elbows, knees, and heels for extra exfoliation. Let the soothing calendula and oats nourish your skin as you scrub.Step 4 - Rinse.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat your skin dry with a towel and enjoy the soft, refreshed feeling of your exfoliated skin.Optional: Follow with your favourite body oil or moisturiser to lock in hydration.

Scoop 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the Milk Bath powder into our reusable cotton tea bath bag for a mess-free experience.Step 2 - Mix.
Place the filled tea bath bag into a basin filled with warm water. Let it steep for a few minutes, swirling the water gently to release the soothing properties of the ingredients.Step 3 - Soak.
Immerse your feet in the warm, nutrient-rich water and soak for 15-20 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bath bag to enhance the release of calming aromas and skin-softening goodness.Step 4 - Relax.
